In this screencast, become a fly on the wall as I search through Flippa as a potential buyer and explain my thought process as I go along.
I thought this might make for an interesting and useful resource for those of you who are interested in purchasing an existing website, but aren’t quite sure what to look for.

That was a great presentation on what should someone look before he buys a website even thought you didn’t find something good to buy this time.
This sounds interesting… now I am in an Internet kiosk, so might not be a good place to watch this screencast. Will definitely watch it when I got back home… I want to make big bucks by flipping websites like you! 🙂
i haven’t watched the whole video yet ( i will in a min ). I wanted to ask if you would ever do another PPC video?

I have just started selling over flippa and I think it would be a great help.
I cant see myself building a website just to flip it. Its a never ending thing. The video is still good though if people are into flipping websites. I think Zac J has a new book on this. I haven’t read it, but I’m sure it would go hand and hand with your video. (PS..i just skimmed through the video..its really long)
Sorry, only that the video is over 1 hour scares me to look at it, a video should be short, comprehensive and intensive otherwise I have no time to see it.
Have you thought about watching it in short stints? That’s what I often do for long videos. Example… I will eat lunch and watch a video at the same time. Might give me about 10 to 15 minutes of time to watch, then I do the same thing for dinner. And if I still need more time, I will just save the time spot on the video and continue the next day.

Flippa is definitely a great websites to buy and sell websites. I like it very much… I will see if I can sell some of my sites there. 🙂
