		<description>I think you need to provide a definition of work. I think you might have a stricter definition of work.  When I was employed with a big networking equipment company, I would spend the first two hours of each workday reading the news, surfing the web and drinking coffee. I wouldn&#039;t really begin to work until about 10 am even after arriving at the office at 8 am.  This wasn&#039;t just me. Most of my coworkers had variations of this. After lunch was also a timeto take things easy as well.  Depending upon your job, this can be pretty ommon for people working at the offices of big business.</description>
