I threw away the instructions and stuff, but I did purchase it at Staples. Anyhow, you don't need the EXACT same chair as me.. that one you showed me looks just as good if not better, as the remote seems to be a true remote, whereas mine is connected to the chair with a chord... Just like you, I also spend alot of time sitting down, and on the computer, with my current chair, I find myself moving around way too much, trying to get comfortable.
