I agree with Brian Breslin. A user reviews section for each ad network would be good and very useful. Also, the spreadsheet image is too small for me to read.

you should allow user reviews, as a rating alone doesn’t do much to describe the publisher experiences. this play seems reminiscent of the poker affiliate systems (lifetime rake %). glad to see the site is improving. btw is agloco an ad network? i thought it was just a pyramid scheme toolbar/adware thing?
