RobotWarz Website Completed

While the website is now done, there is still the small matter for the actual game to be completed… 🙂 Unfortunately, the original developer I had hired for this project ended up turning out to be a complete waste of my time and money, and so I had to fire him. In that pathetic situation, Blue Whale Media website helped me to get my web development project done. After firing the initial developer hired for my web development project, I have now employed a new development company to complete the game for my website. All the graphics are complete, and the website is now finished. Now we just need the actual game 🙂

Lee I think your chances of being the first to play the game are quite slim. You’d have to fight Tyler for that honor. Even then, I’m sure the developers would get in plenty of playing time as they test for bugs.
You can’t blame him for trying though – i certainly wouldn’t mind getting in first to give it a whirl!
No friend, I mean players like us, not the developer or owner. 🙂
How about when it comes out, we all pretend that we are the first to try it 😉 Crazy idea… but it might make everyone happy, lol.

Looks good, it’s finally coming together! Can’t wait to see the final product.
But as I’ve said before, that font is cringe-worthy, it takes me twice the amount of time to be able to read the text properly.
I’d also put a little more emphasis on the newsletter signup form via a different background color or something similar.
Yes that font is so hard to read. Sure it matches the robot theme, but not worth making it difficult to read. Anyways, congrats on getting that website launched.
Maybe Tyler or his developer can adjust the font style to make it more visible to human eye.

I genuinely want to know just out of curiosity and because frankly i do feel for you, did you get back any of the money you paid up front to the programmer or are you in the process of suing him?
I admire the fact you stuck at it, refusal to quit is half of all success really.
The website is looking really slick Tyler, looking forward to when the game is released, if anything would be awesome if it is success, for it to have continue build updates 😀

I HATE how flaky programmers are! It sucks you had to fire him in the middle of the project.
The font is REALLY hard to read, I’d definitely suggest changing it. Otherwise, I can’t wait to play.

A lot of us have brilliant ideas. Indeed, I spend hours sometimes reading about people’s “great ideas”, and in particular, the amount of worry they go into trying to “protect” their ideas so that no one can come along and “steal them”.
But the truth is,99% of those ideas aren’t worth protecting. Not becuase the ideas themselves aren’t good … a great many of them are, but because until someone “pulls the trigger” and executes the idea, it’s useless.
The reason I come back, year after year is, you don’t “try”, Tyler, you “do”, and that’s the difference that gets things done.
Best of luck on getting this done and I’ll make an exception to my “no games” rule and play as soon as it launches.

I’ll have to agree with you on that one – I love the older games, some of the absolutely kick a$$ over the newer ones. I love the design.
Yes it does have that 80s nintendo feel to it. The robotic green font has got to go.
There will be a Original Character but they haven’t show yet.I assume they will show up after the PV release or it will be on the PV!!
What method are you using to deal with payments on this one?
