I promised myself along with everyone else that I was going to stop launching and purchasing new sites as I had enough on my plate as it was. I even sold all my domains in a cheap bulk package not too long ago so that I could concentrate on developing and improving my existing sites and begin monetizing them. However, last night I was a bad boy and bought 3 new sites. More on that later.

Anyhow, here is today’s update:

  1. CookingForums Finished!
  2. MMAForums Banners
  3. New Acquisitions

CookingForums Finished!

Terrorist #1 finally finished skinning and here it is. Feel free to join the site and participate in cooking and food discussion. You’ll be surprised how much you enjoy talking about food :)

MMAForums Banners

Here is a sample of some banners I had commissioned for

5 more are on their way. Talk about sexy, eh?

New Acquisitions

I bought the following sites with the intention of selling them all. However, is already making money, and I believe has a lot of potential to make decent money with a very basic one-time made site, so if I don’t sell them, I won’t be too disappointed.

I won’t be disclosing how much I bought these for since they are for sale, although I may after I sell them, if anyone is interested.

I’ve already put this up for sale on Sitepoint, which you can view here.

Here is some information:

  • Yahoo has 1058 results for
  • Overture returned 25883 searches for “wrestlemania” in April.
  • Unique Visitors Per Day: 50 – 80 (1600+ per day in October 2005)
  • Pageviews Per Day: 100 – 200
  • AdSense: $40-$60 a month

  • Popular WWE television show
  • Overture: 59858

  • Could be used for a site listing all the different codecs (DivX, etc.) with links to downloads.
  • Overture: 4161

Well, that’s all for today. I’ve worked many hours last night and today so now it’s break time. Good luck, and good earnings :)
