I would say that indeed Philippines is one of the most beautiful places to live in ( no no not Manila definitely!), its the countryside. The weather is all year round more than ok! I choose to live in Cagayan de Oro in norther Mindanao. Great shopping malls! and is near to Camiguin Island.
