I don't think so. Well, I guess you can sue, but chance of winning the case? Hmmm.... If that's the case, you can sue a lot of people in the stock market during a bull run because stocks are almost always being offered for sale at an exorbitant price tag, hoping some nutcrack will buy the stock from him. Can you actually sue someone for paying an overvalued domain you “realized” was overvalued after you bought it???

I don’t think so. Well, I guess you can sue, but chance of winning the case? Hmmm….
