Here are 6 new reviews of my blog, making a total of 101 reviews of my blog so far.

The Reviews

Here they are:

TopSiteOfTheDay.com - Leaves me wondering what ‘DBA’ stands for…
TheKingSpeaks.com - First marquee I’ve seen since 1997…
Simon’s Money Notes (Review) - I can tell he’s working hard on his blog. My recommendation to him? Make the move from Blogger to Wordpress (Wordpress software that is, not their blog hosting)…
Make Money at Home (Review) - Yet another person who needs to read my You’re Not a Rock Star post…
ProBlogReviews.Blogspot.com - Seems to have a thing for Amazon…
TVB.Markkie.com - Needs to add/modify his About page ;)

The Results

Even with the help from the most recent reviews, my rank dropped from 8,780 to 8,648 to on Technorati, which bumps me behind of another 132 blogs. I just can’t seem to move from out of the 8,500-9,000 range! It’s interesting how this is where all the real competition starts… which is very interesting as it means that there are 8,500 blogs out there that apparantly have a large following. That’s a lot of high-quality blogs…

Oh well, I’m not giving up. 7,xxx - here I come!!

Review My Blog

I’ll link back to anyone who reviews my site, in an upcoming post such as this one.

The review should be at least 200 words and can be positive, negative, or somewhere inbetween, and one of the links within the review must use the anchor text “internet entrepreneur” when linking back to my blog.

Alternatively, you can review PublisherSpot.com instead of my blog, using “ad network reviews” as the anchor text.

You’ll get the benefit of a backlink in an upcoming post from my blog which is ranked 8,780 on Technorati, is PR5, has an average RSS readership of 700, and receives around 500 unique visitors per day. E-mail me at tylercruz@gmail.com with your blog’s URL when you’re done.

I’m waiting to be approved by PPP which should happen in about a month, if I switch to wordpress will I have to wait for 3 months again? Thats my biggest concern.

Nope… possibly if you don’t host the Wordpress software yourself though.

If you’ve been waiting 3-months for PPP to accept you, contact them again because that’s not normal…

I haven’t done 3 months yet, I’ve done 2 so far, but from what I understand they calculate from your first post so if I host my blog somewhere else, won’t my first post be the first thing I post on the new server?

Thanks
Simon

Ah,

Yes, but Wordpress has import options available and can import from Blogger, bringing in all your old posts.

This very blog was on Blogger about a year ago!

Thanks for the tip Tyler. I’ll definitely be looking into making the switch soon.

TopSiteoftheDay is down, but DBA often stands for ‘Doing Business As’ That’s my best guess (without reading the post).

Tyler, I often notice you high amounts of private advertisers. How do you source these private advertises? do you post on forums or anything?
