UPrinting Business Card Giveaway Winners
November 29, 2008 Posted by Tyler CruzSix days ago I launched a little Business Card Giveaway hosted by UPrinting.com in which they gave me 4 sets of 250 business cards to give away. Participation was simple: all you had to do was record a video of yourself explaining why I should pick you as one of the 4 winners and then upload it to the video sharing site of your choice (YouTube, Viddler, Etc.) and leave a comment on the post linking to the video.
Most people are lazy these days, and I had predicted that there wouldn’t be many submissions:
"Submitting an entry for the competition is easy, and your chances of winning are probably pretty good since I’m assuming there won’t be many entries."
As predicted, there were only 3 entries. One of the videos is only 34 seconds long but since there were only 3 entries, it’s long enough to walk away with one of the prizes!
Since I was given 4 sets to give away, I decided to award the remaining set to my top pick of the three videos, so he’ll be receiving 500 business cards instead of 250. Not bad for 5-minutes of work if you ask me.
