Shaving with Tyler

I could easily write several pages about how much I hate shaving and how fast new stubble always seems to grow in, but I won’t. Instead, I thought I’d show you guys my new electronic shaver.
Now, I’ve been wetshaving with a standard Mach3 razor for several years now, once I discovered just how much closer and smooth they cut. The only thing I don’t like about wetshaving is how time consuming it is. I usually do 3 complete passes – sometimes 4, and it takes so long that I usually let some stubble grow back and only shave a couple times per week.
My birthday was a couple weeks ago (hey, you forgot!) and Lisa bought me a new electric shaver. Here’s a video showing the shaver, how it cleans itself, and yes – you even get to see me shave!
Why she gave you shaver? Don’t tell me you shaving rarely 🙂

Dude wait till you try the Mach 5 with 5 razors. It is an epic shave. So smooth, so clean, so easy

Hmm, yes, very random post…
I really do hate shaving… I barely shave once a week (much to the dismay of Mrs. Chris).
I had a Philips wetshave electric razer and I found I could not use it. The hair on my face seems to grow everywhichway and I had to go over it with a Mach razer after anyway.
The nice thing about the Philips wetshave razer was I could take it into the shower with me. I hate shaving, it rips up my skin no matter what!
I can’t believe I watched that. I want my 10 minutes back. lol
You need to try REAL wet shaving. I’m talking shaving with a badger brush, high-end soaps or creams…and NOTHING beats the shave of a double edge razor or correctly honed straight razor. Just try it.
uh, yeah I agree shaving sucks, waste of time etc etc. But, you do NOT have a thick beard or fast growing facial hair. In fact, from what I can tell you have relatively little facial hair. If you had that kind of stubble at the end of the day after shaving in the morning then maybe you could say it grows fast. But 2 days later you would expect anyone’s stubble to look that like (or worse).

I pull 2 hairs out of my upper lip wid a tweezer every 6 months. Thats how fast my beard grows and Im already 22. Har.
I am wondering why??? I have no need for one… hmmm… but I like yours and think of maybe getting my Dad a new one. 🙂 this was a post that makes you go Humm??

How about a friendly challenge.
I’ll shave with my disposable BIC razor and you use your new electric shaver….first person to finish a complete shave wins.
Only rule is you have to have a weeks worth of growth.
Both shaves will have to be captured and posted on both blogs.
No prizes just bragging rights…
