Back in 2009 I added a couple of poll-specific posts to my blog for you guys to fill out. Each poll on the 2nd poll post received an average of around 170 results, which is actually a lot when you consider that they’re from a pretty targeted group .
As I mentioned in my original posts, polls are a fantastic way to gain a quick summary of what your visitors want in the form of numerical data.
In addition, while polling visitors can help me personally make decisions and find out information, when visitors can see what the current vote results are, I think they also in turn provide interesting content to the reader.
Therefore, here are 10 new poll questions for you guys. They vary in topic and theme, but in general are focused on making money online. Some of them are also not useful to me in the form of data, but are simply there to satisfy my curiosity.
Once you vote on each poll question, you can see the current results as well – you don’t have to wait for me to post the results 🙂

Damn, you guys are ballers for going on so many vacations…
I consider conferences vacations because it gets me away from school and it’s fun. I’m helping skew the numbers.
My wife would kill me if we didn’t have at least 2-3 holidays a year.
Well you did not really specify what vacations entail, so that could mean so many things to different people.

Using a Mac is in with the new? Funny, since I think Apple was around long before the PC. I don’t use a Mac strictly becuase just l8ke Church and State, I like to keep religion separate from computing/web work. My PC runs an OS not a religion … and Apples, especially overseas are massively overpriced.
Your ‘vacations’ are skewed by at least mine … I am always on vacation, that’s what’s great about earning online. If you define vacation by something like ‘how often do you go on a trip, especially overseas’, then it would average every 9 months or so counting foreign and domestic travel.

You should add a “subscribe to comments” plugin so it is easier for users to know if there are responses to comments (so we don’t have to manually check posts where we left comments).
I don’t think you bought any of those websites.

I do want to check your comments for replies but I forget. It might be a good idea to install a “Subscribe to Comments from this post” plugin.
That way we can get emails when there is a reply to our post and we can respond.

Nice I am on the level with most all of the polls. I like how you can just scroll down and take all the polls at once and see the results while going through it all.
I voted on mostly all of them. Even though I’ve used a Mac, I didn’t see what the big deal was. Any modern Win7 or Win XP PC will do just as good! As for vacation, I usually take a couple of mini vacations a year rather a long, drawn out one.
So I answered most of the questions on the poll! Nice to see 100+ already voted

Yes, Polling is a great way to get the opinions of the visitors or readers of our blogs.
I had just noted on all polls. I was suprised to see that most of the people go on vacation more than once a year and that most of the people who voted don’t even use twitter!
Those surprised me as well. The twitter part the most.
